My Running Shorts – short stories about life on the run
40,000 footsteps. That is the number of footsteps I take during a 42.2K race. Not that I’ve counted. But that’s what I googled. 40,000 footsteps is the culmination of miles and months of training. Usually not as many of either as I’d like. With so much time spent in running shoes I’m full of short stories about my runs and running. My family and friends are grateful they are no longer subject to my narcissistic running ramblings. I’m grateful for a peer-review process in which I can post anything, anytime.
Posts are added every other day, sometimes more often and sometimes less often. If you don’t want to miss a thing, subscribe to my RSS feed or follow me on Twitter or Facebook or there’s a little box to the right that says “follow” and if you enter your email address new posts will magically appear in your inbox.
