If those urges take hold before the age of 4 we are at their mercy forever more. I blame Sesame Street for my cookie addiction.

I can't believe I forgot near and far. One of my all-time favourite skits. Grover: Okay, I'm not doing anything. Ha.

Not ever a beginner version of Spongebob 30-Week Marathon Training Plan ©? The Spongebob requirements are demanding for the novice viewer. A Galloway or Stanton modification, breaking up the Spongebob with Sesame Street breaks, could make the program more accessible to a wider running-viewing audience.

p.s. What a sad little image, you, a ping pong table, and no ball. At least you had your puppet for company.

This is exactly why I still, yes stilll, love Sesame Street. Sometimes I think the kid stuff is just a cover -- no way they appreciate this skit as much as I do.

I had totally forgotten about those early proddings to get us running. Maybe that's why I have this urge to run all the time.

This inspired me to look up something I vaguely remembered:

Ah, a parody of Born to Run. I knew it existed.

Muppets were new when I was a kid and we found instructions on how to make our own. It required slicing my only ping pong ball in half, which caused me great distress. Seeing this has caused me horrific flashbacks. Thanks a lot.

p.s. NO, you cannot substitute Sesame Street into the Spongebob 30-Week Marathon Training Plan © either. Harumph
